Where Are Elyinco Manufactured?
Elyinco lenses are manufactured in Korea by a certified contact lens producer. All lenses are FDA/CE/TGA Certified.
Can I wear these lenses if I have eye conditions?
Please note: It is essential to always consult your eye doctor first. These lenses are for the purpose of general vision correction only and are not a medical treatment.

What corrective powers do you provide?
Our lenses are available in powers covering plano (0.00 D) as well as the full range from 0.00 to -8.00 diopters.
Are my glasses prescription the same as contact lenses?
Not necessarily. We advise caution as contact lens prescriptions can differ from eyeglass prescriptions due to the fitting distance from the eye. For an accurate conversion, please consult your eye care professional.
Do you offer toric lenses for astigmatism?
Currently we provide standard spherical lenses. Toric options coming soon!

How long can I use each pair?
Replacement Schedule: Follow Your Prescription
Core Rule: Always adhere to the maximum usage period (e.g. Yearly,Monthly,Daily) specified on your product packaging. This period starts from the day you open the blister.
Yearly/Quarterly Replacement: Adhere strictly to the recommended lifespan (e.g., 1 year). This period begins upon opening the blister. For optimal hygiene, we recommend replacing the lens case every 3 months.
Monthly Replacement: Discard the lenses 30 days after opening the blister, even if they have not been worn 30 times.
Daily Replacement: Discard the lens immediately after each single use. Do not reuse.

Do I really need to clean my lenses every day?
Yes, every single time. Your lenses sit directly on your eyes, so skipping cleaning can lead to infections, dryness, or blurry vision.
Just remember these 3 simple steps every day:
- Wash your hands before touching your lenses.
- After taking them off, rub and rinse each lens with fresh solution.
- Soak them in clean solution overnight.
Please never skip cleaning. It only takes 2 minutes and keeps your eyes safe and comfortable.
Do Elyinco protect against UV and blue light?
Yes, all of our lenses come standard with these essential features:
Class 1 UV Protection: Meets the highest FDA standard for blocking harmful UV rays.
Harmful Blue Light Filtration: Helps shield your eyes from blue light emitted by digital screens.
All-Day Comfort: Designed for comfortable wear for up to 6-8 hours for most users.
*Individual comfort may vary based on eye sensitivity and environmental factors.
Can I wear it while sleeping?
No, we strongly advise against it. Sleeping in contact lenses significantly reduces oxygen flow to the cornea, which increases the risk of serious eye infections.

Where are your products shipped from?
To ensure faster delivery, we operate fulfillment centers in both Hong Kong and Irvine, USA. Your order will be automatically shipped from the warehouse that can get it to you most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your order number
- A direct tracking link
- An estimated delivery window

- Visit our Track My Order page on our website and enter your order number and email address to view your shipping information.

Usage Period & Purchase Policy
How long can I use yearly and monthly contact lenses?
- Monthly lenses: Throw them away 30 days after opening the package.
- Yearly lenses: They can last up to 12 months, but many eye doctors suggest replacing them after 8–10 months for better comfort and safety.
Remember: The "expiration date" starts when you open the box, not when you first put them on.
Is this a subscription? Will you send me a new pair every month?
No, it's not a subscription. You pay for one pair and you receive one pair.
- Buy a yearly pair → you get 1 pair that lasts up to 12 months.
- Buy a monthly pair → you get 1 pair that lasts 30 days.
We won't auto-charge you or send lenses automatically. When you need a new pair, just come back and order again. Simple.
How do I know when it's time to replace my lenses?
Mark the opening date on your calendar. For monthlies, count 30 days from opening. For yearlies, set a reminder at 10 months. Also, if your lenses feel uncomfortable, dry, or blurry, it may be time to replace them sooner.
Can I wear my monthly lenses for fewer than 30 days and save the rest for later?
No. Once you open the package, the 30-day countdown starts, whether you wear them every day or not. You cannot "pause" the clock.
